Subleasing legality depends on your lease and local laws. SubletSync is a discovery platform — you're responsible for ensuring your sublease complies with your lease terms. We recommend checking with your landlord before listing.
Escrow is Phase 2 of our roadmap. For now, payment terms are agreed directly between lister and subletter. We'll notify all users when Stripe escrow goes live.
